Sizing and Fit

Shirt sizing may vary by brand, style, cut, and manufacturer. Please review the available size chart before ordering.

Unisex shirts, ladies’ shirts, V-neck shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, and other apparel styles may fit differently.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selection. Because most items are made to order, size exchanges may not be available unless otherwise stated or required by the platform where the order was placed.

Shipping Timelines

We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your sailing date to help ensure your shirt arrives before your cruise.

Production time and shipping time are separate. A delivery estimate may include both production and transit, but estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

Shipping timelines may be affected by:

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us or the platform where you purchased as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If a package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, returned to sender, or appears lost in transit, please contact us or the platform where you placed the order so the issue can be reviewed.

Replacement or refund eligibility may depend on the platform, print provider, shipping carrier, tracking information, timing of the report, and other order details.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because most products are custom, personalized, or made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of plans
  • Cruise cancellation or schedule change
  • Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer
  • Minor color differences between screen images and printed products
  • Minor placement or production variations that are within normal print-on-demand tolerances

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be available.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us or the platform where you purchased it as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

Printify’s current guidance states that damaged products or manufacturing errors may be eligible for a free reprint or refund if reported within 30 days of product delivery and accompanied by clear photo evidence.

Because these policies may change, final eligibility will depend on the current policies of the platform and fulfillment provider used for your order.

Etsy Orders

If you purchase through Etsy, your order is also subject to Etsy’s policies, checkout system, payment processing, messaging system, and buyer/seller support process.

Please use Etsy messages for Etsy order questions whenever possible so all order details remain attached to your Etsy order.

Etsy explains that sellers using Etsy are subject to Etsy’s marketplace policies, and eligible purchases made through Etsy Payments may qualify for Etsy Purchase Protection under Etsy’s terms.

Printify Orders

If your order is fulfilled through Printify or a Printify-powered store, production, fulfillment, shipping, and reprint/refund handling may involve Printify and its print provider network.

Printify recommends that store policies address cancellations, issue reporting timeframes, damaged or defective products, non-defective returns/exchanges, refund timing, shipping times, international shipping, customs fees, and lost or returned orders.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International shipping may take longer and may be affected by customs processing or local carrier delays.

Cruise Ship Names, Cruise Lines, and Trademarks
